Return & refund policy:
Though we try to convey you an excellent customer experience whenever you shop with us, if in any respect you’re not 100% satisfied together with your purchase, you’ll be able to return your ordered goods for a full refund of the paid price of the merchandise.
All you would like to try and do is drop an email at email@example.com within a timeframe of seven days, from the date of the delivery.
The product isn’t eligible for return, replacement or exchange within the following cases:
-Damages caused because of misuse, neglect and accident caused because of mishandling of the product.
-Any damage / defect which aren’t covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
-Any product that’s returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and every other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Once you request the cancellation of products in your order, it’ll take a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. For the cash to get transferred back to the source of transaction, it should take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in grips with the banks directly just in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by ccd. Just in case of a refund, the applicable bank charges (if any) are to be borne by the customer.
Any order placed through the website is cancelled or modified within 24 hours of the order time. Any requests for order cancellation or modification received after 24 hours won’t be entertained.
-All you try and do is drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order and you’ll be able to claim your full refund back. Your refund amount won’t include the applicable bank charges, if any or any promotional coupons used at the time of order.
